Refund & Return Policy
At Kismet Glow, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept refund requests only for products that are broken or damaged during transit. To ensure a smooth process, customers must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. Any issues must be reported to us within 6 hours of receiving the product.
Please note, Kismet Glow does not issue monetary refunds. Upon receiving and verifying a valid complaint, we will replace the damaged product free of charge. Our goal is to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition without any additional cost.
Requests for refunds due to reasons such as a change of mind or preferences outside of the stated policy will not be entertained. We kindly ask you to review your purchase decisions carefully before placing your order.
If you have received wrong products or fewer products: The same time frame and condition for inspecting the parcel in front of the delivery personnel will apply.
